@comicartclub had Gantz as the comic of choice this week.
I decided to follow the style of page breaks the artist used and add a bit of cheeky pinup which is something I rarely ever do. I think I still ended up tamer than the actual comic did.

An Original Character I created based on the Euthanatos from White-Wolf’s RPG Mage: The Ascension. I wanted to incorporate the symbols into a kick ass sultry Mage pin up.
As well as indulge myself in some gratuitous inking. I particularly like the raven perched on her shoulder.
No digital at all in this one, just pure inking.

I found an old, damage drawing I did… God knows when. Definitely older than 6 years I know that much. There’s stuff I like about it… and stuff I don’t like.
However it was a chance to clean it up and try some more colour in Photoshop.
Besides I can do some cheeky artwork now and then… Excuse the pun.

The second drawing I inked in the last week. Once again just messing with ink and paper.
Another drawing of the Voodoo Woman I’ve draw before. Not much to say about her except she was based on White-Wolf’s Mage the Ascension.
Work in progress for the Comic Art Club….
I’m just not feeling it at the moment. Maybe another of the themes I haven’t done yet will work better.

Pin-Up!
I had a friend who passed on some superhero designs he had done ages ago and when I looked through it I found a few that were interesting.
Being a bit cheeky I took one of his heroes, a standard cat-girl style agility hero, and drew her with what passed for her costume. Realizing that she had an enormous tail.

So a bit of old school art once again.
A barbarian woman I drew back in 1990-92 and then tried to ink to “fix” some really bad anatomy in 2009.
Looking at it now, I really need to redraw this since I can do better.
One of the reasons I keep old drawing and revisit them on quite a few occasions.

The RPG I was playing with friends took some time to get my character into the game. So I had the time to draw something and finish a couple of other things. Mostly thinking about negative space.
I’ve been reading Bulfinch’s Mythology so I’ve had nymphs, satyrs, and all sorts of cheeky Greek myths going along in my head.
